We want you to love your Sarah Wells bag, but if it is not the perfect fit for your pumping journey, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Bag
Place the unused bag in its original protective packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
